Selva Zama has in mind an architectural design that combines the best of the community with jungle spaces. For its development, 3 principles were thought of: wellbeing, creativity and education. With these principles as a base, a different, responsible and sustainable living experience will be provided.
On the other hand, Selva Zamá is divided into 3 main zones:
- Beach Zone
- Coba Zone
- Forest Zone
Zona Beach is the dedicated space for access to the beaches of Tulum. At the same time, a trail route was also developed that connects with other zones within Selva Zamá.
In Zona Coba, visitors and residents will be able to enjoy a protected green area. On the other hand, in Zona Verde they will experience the day-to-day life of Selva Zama. This is the central area of the development.
This construction will include premium apartments, luxury hotels, shopping malls, boutiques, museums, natural parks, gourmet restaurants and art exhibits. Within the Selva Zamá development, three large areas are contemplated to boost the community: Holistic Center, Art Park and Tulum Center.

IO is located on the Boca Paila Coastal Highway within Selva Zamá.
